When I first started with Jamie I believed myself to have a reasonable level of fitness as I'd be going to the gym on and off for a few years. However it became apparent through Jamie's thorough assessments that looked not only at my fitness ability but also my general health and diet. It transpired I could do far better.

The best thing about Jamie's PT sessions is that he provided encouragement, support and a professional advice on my diet, exercise routines to do in my own time and also taught me how to maximise my sessions - it's not all about running! I've since recommended him to many friends who also feel the same.

The one on one attention here is key. I realised I'd been going to the gym all this time yet it was only since my time with Jamie have I actually started exercising with results.
