Having previously been a firm non believer in either the gym or an exercise routine, I started training sessions with Sean after being diagnosed with diabetes. To begin with the sessions were sheer torture and pushed me to my limit and indeed well beyond. However, somewhat to my surprise, I have stuck with it and the varied training regime (which does not allow me to become too comfortable, complacent or bored), along with Sean's drive, monumental patience and encouragement on diet and lifestyle has had major beneficial effects on my health, weight and fitness levels.

I now not only go to the gym on "non Sean" days too, but, have also taken up a weekly Pilates class which compliments the gym routine.
