I have been trained by Sean for 8 years and he has inspired me to completely change my lifestyle. I have gone from having very little interest in giving up any of my spare time to actually go into a gym environment, yet alone run outside to loving it. Training has now become a very important key factor in my life, and at 42 I am fitter and in better shape than I have ever been. This is definitely due to Sean's motivational exhilarating sessions. I always leave the gym feeling a huge sense of achievement and satisfaction, knowing I have pushed myself with Sean's encouragement to my limit. I remember him telling me during one of my first sessions that I would soon be waking up thinking I cant wait to get into the gym, I did think he was trying to be funny and thought never......within a few more sessions that was me, actually looking forward to it!
