I have had a number of personal trainers in the past and I started training with Jamie because not only could he come to me (I hate gyms!) but also he was happy to let me set the agenda for what I wanted to achieve.

Since then we have worked together to get me toned up, lose over a stone and gain an overall higher level of fitness. He has certainly worked me hard, but is always ready to introduce new exercise routines and equipment to avoid boredom creeping in, even to the extent of bringing a rowing machine to me!

It helps enormously that we can discuss how hard to push or what exercises would work best for specific objectives, and I do feel that I can have a sensible conversation with Jamie rather than just being told what to do and how to do it.
