I have always wanted to improve my fitness levels and although I have joined gyms in the past, that's where my motivation has ended. I could never make myself go on a regular basis. It was a cycle I thought I would never break. That was before I started training with Sean in January 2008.

Sean provides a challenging, fun fitness programme that has motivated me to train consistently for the first time in my life! Each session is unique and tailored specifically to help me reach my fitness goals. My balance, strength and overall fitness have significantly improved.

My weight is stable, I have lost 6% body fat and have seen a dramatic difference in my shape and body. I am now able to do exercises that were impossible for me at the beginning. I never would have reached my goals without Sean's knowledge and help, all his positive talks, encouragement and praise have been greatly appreciated.
