I have been training with Steve for a little over eight months and in that time he has kicked my backside back into a regular exercise regime and healthy eating program, which have in turn changed the way I live my life. Having had my second baby in 2008, I had quite a bit of baby weight to lose, which I was finding really hard to shift. After only 3 months with Steve, I had achieved significant weight loss and had totally changed my way of eating and exercising,. After 6 months I had achieved my goal weight and lost 2 dress sizes. A mere two months on and I am back into size 10 clothes. This is a total of 3 dress sizes dropped, since starting with Steve, and I feel fantastic!

The great thing about Steve is his ability to keep me motivated, I bore very easily, and Steve manages to mix sessions up so that we never do the same things two sessions in a row. Steve is great fun to workout with, he has the ability to make me laugh during our sessions, whilst at the same time ensuring that I never slack off and always give 100%.
