1 STONE FAT LOSS      1 STONE MUSCLE INCREASE IN JUST OVER 3 MONTHS

I first approached Steve about personal training sessions as I had put on a lot of weight, lost fitness and only had 10 weeks until my holiday, so very little time to change.

I've always gone to the gym but it became too routine and I wasn't doing the right workout for the results I wanted to see.

Steve changed my diet plan and gave me a rigorous program. I was encouraged to begin eating breakfast again which was usually a nutritious cereal.Throughout the rest of the day I was entitled to up 30grams of fat, 1800cals,no red meat,less alchohol and no carbs after 3pm.

It was hard at first but after a few weeks I really enjoyed the feeling of being healthy and lighter.Steve got 100% out of me in each our pt sessions through a combination of high repitition weights and intense CV.

By the time it came to my holiday I had lost 1 stone in fat and dropped over 3inchs around my waist, and significantly added lean muscle. I was so happy with my results that I've continued with personal training after my holiday as I really enjoy being leaner and more toned than ever before.

It goes without saying, if you need a trainer that will guide you, teach you, transform your body shape but also motivate you to believe that you can make the change, then Steve is second to none for the job.
