I have been training with Steve once a week for the last nine months. After only a few months with him as my personal trainer, I had lost almost a stone in weight, had dropped a couple of trouser sizes and my fitness had significantly improved. Steve works on my weight loss, strength and stamina using a variety of programmes ranging from mixed cardiovascular and weights sessions (interspersed with boxing) through to mini triathlon workouts incorporating running, cycling and swimming.

Every session with Steve is different and challenging. Steve seems to be constantly aware of my limits (even if I am not!) and has the ability to motivate me to achieve new targets. I'm also offered advice on diet and on how to exercise on my own between his sessions.

In 2006, I decided to enter the London Marathon. With my hectic work commitments, this should of been a nightmare waiting to happen, but due to Steve's training, his programmes, regular massage,and the great motivation, I completed the race.

I have no hesitation in recommending Steve to others as I would never have achieved these results on my own.
