I started training with Jamie as my lifestyle was wrong and I needed a helping hand getting it right in a way that I could sustain.

I get the right balance of encouragement with a suitable mix of running, rowing, weights, skipping and sprint work that always goes those several steps past what you would ever consider if you were exercising by yourself.
