3 STONE WEIGHTLOSS

I was introduced to Sean in September 2005. I had struggled with my weight and fitness for some years. In fact having completed two London Marathons in the 1980s, I basically gave up any interest in maintaining my fitness. Although only 5' 4", I had ballooned to a size 22 and weighed 14 stone 5lbs. I had throughout the previous years, become a yo-yo dieter. In addition to my growing concerns about my health as I was reaching my mid forties, I had also lost self confidence through my poor physique and appearance.

Sean came to my home and took details of my fitness levels, eating habits, work commitments and also what I wanted to achieve through working with him. My goals were to drop down to a size 12/14 in clothes and reduce my weight to that which was proportionate to my size, and of course in turn improve my health.

When I first started working with him in October 2005 I used to walk on the treadmill for five minutes. With his encouragement and faith I have improved to such a level that last weekend I ran 5 kilometers in 43 minutes. I have even started running on the road again. If someone had told me 15 months ago I would have been able to achieve this, I would not have believed them.

I have now lost two stone and I have dropped from a size 22 to 16 in clothes size. My body shape has changed out of all recognition. People have started commenting on how good I look.

Despite being self conscious about my weight and appearance, Sean has never ridiculed or made me lose faith that I will ultimately reach and maintain my goal.My health has improved, I no longer suffer with sore knees and a sore back. My self confidence is at an all time high.

Having told Sean of my intention to run the Marathon, Sean adjusted my training schedule to enable to complete the course. He also provided valuable nutrition advice.

Sean equally prepared me mentally for what was to follow. Through his encouragement, and varying the training to include disciplines such as boxing, I was thoroughly prepared, and in April 2008 I completed the London Marathon!!

I would thoroughly recommend Sean to anyone looking to lose weight. He is totally professional, knows his stuff, makes every session interesting and it just so happens he is a lovely guy too!
